Use PW Manager to change or reset your password for your NinerNET account.
This account logs you into many University applications.

First Time User?

1. Get your User Name & UNC Charlotte ID
2. Your temporary password =
   UNC Charlotte ID + Date of Birth
   (80XXXXXXXMMDDYY)
3. Login to PW Manager and change your password.

Faculty/Staff

Use PW Manager to change or reset your password for your NinerNET account. This account logs you into many University applications. If you need additional login assistance, please contact the Help Center for Faculty and Staff.

After you have successfully logged in to PW Manager, you will setup a series of security questions and answers that can be used with the self service password reset feature within PW Manager in case you forget your password in the future. Please be sure you change your password once you've logged in.
